What about the tariffs?
The company has two different types of business tariff. Its standard 'pay monthly' plans include an allowance of calls every month, with the option of adding an extra allowance of texts, picture messages or mobile internet use. Alternatively, its Share plans have a monthly allowance that can be shared by a group of mobiles within your organisation.
What's so special?
T-Mobile's is able to offer seamless international coverage in a number of countries. It has also implemented many innovative features for business customers, including:
- Discounted and simplified calling for your employees
- Conference calls with up to 20 people
- Group voice messaging and Group text for contacting several people at once
- Simple flat rates for making and receiving calls when abroad
- GPRS available is in 91 countries and GSM in 173 countries
In addition, T-Mobile has pioneered WiFi 'hotspots' in the UK and abroad. In 2004 it launched the first 3G data card with built-in WiFi capability, offering a wireless broadband connection at airports, coffee shops, petrol stations and hotels across the UK.
