All call charges are pence per minute, correct as at 1st January 2008, exclude VAT and are rounded up to the nearest 1p. Please note that Carphone Warehouse Business Solutions voice packages do not include calls to non-geographic numbers starting with 084 or 087. Our master price list, code of practice and terms and conditions are available on our website. Bank Holidays are treated as equivalent weekdays. Application is subject to status, terms and acceptance. Payment will be by Direct Debit only. If a Direct Debit is dishonoured or cancelled, we shall charge a 50p monthly administration charge until your Direct Debit payment is reinstated. There is a £1.50 monthly surcharge for non e-billing. A 24 month contract minimum term applies to all plans. There is a rolling 30 day notice period during the last month of your contract after which the contract auto-renews. If the contract is terminated within the minimum term, you will be liable for your regular charges until the end of the contract term plus an average of the last 3 months call spending, (subject to a minimum of £100).
