Can any business join?
Any business with a BT originated line can join TalkTalk Business.
What call plan do I have to be on to get free calls?
All TalkTalk Business customers can talk to each other for free regardless of your chosen plan.
What if my business changes premises or I change phone number?
Go to cpwbusinesssolutions.com/youraccount or call us on 0800 083 3003 and we'll guide you through the steps you need to take.
What happens with BT when I switch over?
We'll do everything. In future you'll get just one bill including line rental, calling features and call charges. All you need to do is sit back and look forward to cheaper bills.
BT has said I will be charged for termination-is this right?
Potentially it depends on how many months you have left on your contract with them. In any case you will only pay for the line rental for the number of months left.
Am I entitled to a refund if i pay my BT rental in advance?
It's worth checking when you last paid your line rental and bill as you may be owed a refund.
What happens if something goes wrong with the line?
Call us on 0800 083 3003 and we'll get it fixed for you as soon as we can. The line is still with your current provider until your 10 days transfer period has finished. Therefore, if you experience any problems with the line please contact your previous provider during that period.
What Communications will you send me?
As soon as we have received your TalkTalk Business order, firstly you will receive an order confirmation letter with this booklet containing information on your tariff, call charges and direct debit mandate. We will then send you
a live date letter providing an estimated date when your calls service will be connected. Your existing supplier will be providing your service up until the day you switch to TalkTalk Business. If you have ordered a broadband service you will receive a further letter confirming your go live date and login details. This process normally takes up to 28 days.
