As soon as we have received your TalkTalk Business order, firstly you will receive an order confirmation letter with this booklet containing information on your tariff, call charges and direct debit mandate. We will then send you
a live date letter providing an estimated date when your calls service will be connected. Your existing supplier will be providing your service up until the day you switch to TalkTalk Business. If you have ordered a broadband service you will receive a further letter confirming your go live date and login details. This process normally takes up to 28 days.
