What will appear on my TalkTalk Business bill?
First of all you will have a smaller total for both calls and line rental. But that's not the only difference with your TalkTalk Business bill: your monthly billing period starts on the day your TalkTalk Business service goes live. We'll then send you an itemised bill every month detailing the calls you've made on TalkTalk Business and your line rental charges. All charges will be deducted from your account by direct debit 14 days after the date of billing.
How are calls billed?
TalkTalk Business calls are billed by the second, and rounded up to the nearest penny. Minimum call charges and set-up charges do apply and will depend on the Talk Business Plan you have chosen.
When does my contract "go live"?
Your contract will go live following the 7 day cooling off from signing your contract.
What happens if I want to terminate my contract before it expires?
You will have to have pay the line rental owed on the remaining months of your contract.
